This past Tuesday, March 2, Larry turned the big 4 0. We surprised him with a party at our fellowship building. I think we really surprised him. He said he was in awe of the people that took time out of their busy day to come to a party for him. He said a great big "thank you" to all the people that attended.

Ok so I just found some pictures from my neice Tiffany's wedding. Kaylee was her junior bride. Don't they both look beautiful???? Kaylee reminds me a little of Tiffany when she was younger.....both smart and beautiful....

OK BRANDON, SO ITS FOOTBALL SEASON

For those of you who don't know, Brandon is on the Jets Paal football team. (thats Police Athletics Activities league) Now its over!!!! And guess who won the Championship. No it's not the COLTS!!!!! If you guessed the Jets, your right. The JETS went 5-2 in the regular season. They won the next 2 tourney games to put them in the Championship game against the COLTS, one of the only teams to beat us in the regular season........Not this time guys. We scored a touchdown in the first quarter. Brandon is the only guy on his team to score a field goal this year. Coach Fetterer had told Brandon through the season that he would be the field goal kicker for the 3rd touchdown. He missed the first one of the season because the quarterback (the holder for the kicker) thought Brandon was going to kick him. (He told his dad, "Don't you see how big he is?") Brandon told him to set the ball on the ground, hold it, then turn and look towards the goal posts. After that he made every field goal he tried. In the next few games, coach said Brandon would kick a field goal after the 2nd touchdown. They would try to run it in for a 2-point conversion. In the championship game, coach told Brandon he would kick the field goal every time they scored. And guess what......we scored....Brandon kicked....2 points.....The Colts scored next, they tried a 2-point conversion, but we stopped them. We scored again......Brandon kicked....2 points.....The Colts finally scored again.....they kicked....but their field goal kick was no good....at this point it was Jets 16....Colts 12.....the Colts came back down the field all the way to the 1 yard line with only 2 minutes left in the game, got backed up to the 2 yard line with 30 seconds left in the game...they had a great running back on their team and we wondered if it was all over......but we have a great defense......wonder of all wonders we stopped them......the JETS won it all.......

A Normal Family Man....

As most of you all know, Larry was working for Krogers as a Union Carpenter. He decided that being away from his family was taking too much of a toll on us. He decided to quit Krogers and go to work for Dunlap, a local construction company. So far he loves being home with this family every evening, and not having to get up at 3:00 a.m. on Monday mornings to travel hours away to his job. He now goes to work from 7:00-3:30 like a normal father and gets to be home with his family every evening. HE LOVES IT.....

Well....here we go. I keep hearing about all these people blogging...so....I thought we should start one. My name is Debbie and I am married to a wonderful guy. His name is Larry. We have 3 kids. Their names are Brandon, he will be 12 on August 17th. The next one is Kaylee, she turned 8 on February 25th. The last one is Caroline. She is unforgettable. If you have met her, you will not forget her. She was 5 on June 3rd. She will start kindergarden in August. Well thats our family.
